How to Return an Item
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
If the product is a customer unit or made-to-order, refunds and exchanges will be down at the companies discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
To return an item, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
